Terms & Conditions
Talking Pictures are the legal agreements between us and our clients. The Client must agree to abide by the terms & conditions in order to use the offered service.
This Agreement is by and between “Photographer” and “Client” which includes the Client’s employees and representatives. Client agrees that it has the legal authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of its employer, company or organization. Photographer’s relationship with Client is that of an independent contractor.
“Image(s)” means all visual representations furnished to Client by Photographer, whether captured, delivered, or stored, in photographic, magnetic, optical, electronic, digital, analog, or any other, media.
Display:
Creative License, Coverage and Reproduction:
- 3.1 Photographs taken during the course of the event will be at the discretion of the photographer although every effort will be made to comply with the client’s requirements.
- 3.2 Special requests are not binding instruction, although every effort is made to comply with the client’s wishes. The Photographer(s) will do their best to honour the requested photographs but do not undertake to guarantee any specific picture nor incorporate any specific background, location or group arrangements due to changes in weather and the availability and willingness of subjects.
- 3.3 For a booking involving a ceremony at the church, temple, religious places or at certain venues, the photographer’s movements are sometimes restricted by the official in charge(venue/place). The area from which the photographer is able to cover the ceremony may not be the photographer’s choice and the photographer cannot accept responsibility for any obstructed view should this be the case.
- 3.4 Due to a variety of lighting conditions and the limitations of digital sensors, some colours may alter throughout a set of photographs.
- 3.5 The photographer is not liable for publishing any video/audio format deliverable on the internet.
- 3.6 Although all equipment is checked regularly and reasonable steps are taken to ensure backup equipment is available, the photographer will not be responsible for photographs that are not produced due to technical failure.
Payments:
We Seriously care about for all of our clients.So we bring a easy installment services for you.
- ADVANCE
- PART PAYMENT ON EVENT DATE
- REST PAYMENT ON TIME OF DELIVERY.
ADVANCE IS NOT RETURNABLE.
- 10% of total amount have to pay in advance
- 85% of total including advance amount have to pay on the last day of work.
- rest amount on the time of delivery
Cancellation:
if the cancellation from the client then the booking amount is non refundable. If the same assignment is rescheduled for a later date will be only with agreement with Photographer, full fee and any additional expenses will be charged for the actual shooting.If the same assignment is rescheduled for a later date and Photographer is not agreed with the dates due to other bookings or any other circumstances,photographer will return the booking amount.
If there is any cancellation from the event company, the owner should be responsible and should have to arrange an alternative. If the cancellation from client,the should have to pay atleast 50% cost of total contract value.
Liability:
If the photographer or their agent can’t fulfil their duties due to reasons like fire, illness, or technical issues, and a replacement isn’t possible, the money minus expenses will be refunded, and the photographer won’t be held responsible for any further issues. This also covers photo & video loss/damage or delivery failures.
Products:
Once you receive the photos and videos, it’s your responsibility to keep them safe. We don’t store files permanently. If shared online, they’re on the cloud for 5 days. We can’t control future tech changes, so make sure to transfer files as needed.
Image Processing/Printing:
Once you receive all your photos, choose your favourites within 30 days for the album. After that, we begin crafting your video and album, usually taking less than 45 days. Remember, we provide only the agreed-upon products. Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate extra requests. If you’d like additional items, payment is required before delivery. Please note, home delivery is not guaranteed.
Video Processing:
You can select songs and soundtracks for HD videos. You have to have to give us song selection list between 15 days after reception. Otherwise we will edit video with our selected song list. Once video created, no other changes can be made.
